FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

 

1. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, BUT THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH OR NAH?

 -An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, and your payment. If you have placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation, it may be due to you being in a hurry and making a typo in your email address! Slow down girl! ;)

 In all seriousness, our website is also designed to protect against any signs of fraud (i.e. entering incorrect CID or billing address associated with the card used to purchase). If you did not receive an order confirmation, your order most likely did not go through on our end (or you made a typo), since we don't have confirmation of your payment. The charge(s) you see on your bank account can be a temporary hold that will be reversed by your bank within a few business days if your order did not go through. Feel free to contact your bank about the reversal if it does not happen within a few days. You will need to place your order again, with the correct card information, for us to process your order.

 If your order requires a billing address verification, we will notify you to verify the details. However, if you think you made a typo in your email address, send an email to info@bossbeautybabes.com, and we can fix it and resend your order confirmation!

  

2. I KEEP GETTING A FOLLOW-UP EMAIL ASKING ME TO VERIFY MY BILLING ADDRESS

 IF YOU ENTER IN THE INCORRECT BILLING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FOLLOW-UP EMAIL ASKING YOU TO VERIFY THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS! You must respond within the given time frame stated in the email, or this will result in a cancellation of your order. We take security very seriously, and will cancel orders that are not verified.

 

3. I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

 -All sizes and measurements have been posted on each item description. Please refer to sizing charts and recommendations before ordering as all items are made to order. Therefore, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges at this time. We are NOT responsible for any mistakes made by the customer during checkout. Always double check your order before confirming your payment.

 We make/print each item to order, so whenever your order is placed, we order the materials and schedule your item(s) into production. That is why there is usually a wait period in between the time your order is placed, and the time that we ship it. We work as FAST as we can, so please understand that we cannot just grab your items and ship them out like most other companies. We appreciate your patience while we make your order just for you!

4. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?

 All items are MADE/PRINTED TO ORDER. Therefore, your items require up to, or sometimes more than, 14 working days to process before the complete order is shipped. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any nationally recognized holidays.

 If you have not received a shipping confirmation, that means your order has not yet been fulfilled because your items are still in production! If there is a delay on your order, you will receive an order update email. We appreciate your patience and understanding! ♡

 5. MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKEN/DAMAGED. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT? 

We would love to provide a replacement for you, as long as all damages are reported to us via email within 48 hours of the delivery date found on your tracking number. After 48 hours, we cannot be responsible for damaged items due to shipping.

 To avoid this situation, we strongly recommend to examine your items as soon as you receive them.

 

6. I CAN'T FIND MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION! OMG WHERE'S MY ORDER!?

 Your shipping confirmation is going to be sent to the email you entered at checkout.  Sometimes, we have to send follow up emails, or contact you about your order, so make sure you're entering in the right email address. You may need to check your spam/junk mail folders if it's your first time ordering from us.

 We make each item to order. That takes at LEAST a couple days, and even up to 14 working days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. You WILL receive your shipping confirmation once your order ships! DON'T WORRY! :)

 If you still cannot find your shipping confirmation, you may email us with your order number at INFO@BOSSBEAUTYBABES.COM.

 

7. CAN YOU MAKE THIS SHIRT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR/STYLE/DESIGN?

 When we say "all items are made to order", that simply means we don't print your order until it is paid for. All our screens and artwork have been finalized and set-up to print the designs we sell on our website. Any further customization that what we have on our website is not offered. Sorry for any confusion!

 

8. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 -Yes! Just remember, once your order has left the US, it is your country's shipping carrier responsibility to deliver it to you. If there is an issue, please contact your country's shipping carrier, because we can only do so much on our end once it leaves the US.

Please note that, depending on your country's postal service, additional tariff fees may apply upon the delivery of your order. These are legal taxes in YOUR country and we have no control over them either. In addition, we are not responsible for any weirdos that steal your packages or lose them. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If an order is lost or stolen, it is highly recommended to place a claim with your country's shipping carrier.

 

9. YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SO EXPENSIVE!

 -You're telling US! International shipping IS expensive for us, and more time consuming to ship than domestic orders. We wish shipping was free, just as much as our customers do, but unfortunately, it does cost money for us! Just because we are a company that ships out on the daily, doesn't mean we get special treatment, or free rates from the post office. They gotta pay the bills too!

 Please note that, depending on your country's postal service, additional tariff fees may apply upon the delivery of your order. These are legal taxes and we have no control over them, so don't yell at us if it happens! We would never charge you more than what you will pay on our website without notifying you first.

 

10. MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT... WILL I GET A NEW ORDER?

 -Since all items are made to order, we don't have blank materials on-hand to produce a duplicate order. Once an order has been shipped, it is USPS' responsibility to deliver it your destination. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen by weirdos once they have been marked as 'delivered'. USPS will ONLY mark the item delivered if it is indeed scanned and placed in your mailbox. In addition, we do not offer refunds/discounts on orders after they have been shipped out, so keep an eye on that tracking number. You will need to contact your local post office to file a claim for your lost order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

 

11. I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS!

 -Orders can only be shipped to the address provided during checkout in order to ensure delivery. So, if you need your address changed, you better run like the wind and email us ASAP! We are always busy with production and shipping, so some orders can ship as quick as 5 minutes after the order is placed! (Although, this is not SUPER common unless we are on a major roll.)

 Send an email to INFO@BOSSBEAUtYBABES.COM with your order number, and INCLUDE THE ADDRESS YOU WANT IT SHIPPED TO! ALWAYS double check your billing and shipping information before checkout in order to avoid this situation.

 -We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind! As you know, our method of production and inventory is on demand. Therefore, all sales are final.
